While my favorite Martial Art is probably wrestling or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I have found that Judo is often the most impressive grappling art. I love the explosiveness and the focus on throws. Don Don Sumo (https://www.youtube.com/@dondonsumo2/videos) does a really good job of making recap videos that also show the technique names. I find Sumo to be a really cool form of wrestling, and the production that is both athletic and historic really amazes me.
